Looking for Pondless Streams/Waterfalls?

All the stops have something for you! Each of our displays feature a pondless waterfall within their layout. Canoyer Garden Center – Grimes has both a large and small pondless, using different types of rocks as well showcasing how streams can work in different space sizes.

Looking for fountains?

The best stop to check out would be Canoyer Garden Center – Ankeny, recently upgraded this feature is now an Extreme Fountainscape! This feature gives visitors a chance to see many of the staked slate fountain styles in one stop.

Canoyer Garden Center – Grimes and  Perennial Gardens also have fountain style features with Canoyer Grimes showing a basalt column set and Perennial Garden showing a bubbling rock.

Pond Tours

Visit ponds, pondless waterfalls, and fountains throughout the Metro to get inspiration and see what we can do!

This self guided tour, that typically includes 6 stops, gives you the opportunity to see how others incorporate water features into their lifestyle. A Just Add Water representative will be at each stop to answer any questions you may have about that particular feature, or water features in general. So, if you’ve been thinking about building one on your property as well, or are just eager to find out how your pond could impact your lifestyle as well, this is your chance!

Our last stop on the tour, known as Pond Central, is set up to be more relaxed. You’ll have a chance to talk with our owner and main foreman. Then everyone will enjoy food and refreshments as our thank you for joining us.

Join us on the 3rd Saturday in May, June, and July each year for a Pond Tour and prepare for a unique and memorable experience.
