They exceeded our expectations in every way. From the beginning to the end they were available to promptly respond to my questions and further communicate plans with me. I first met Just Add Water when they came out to fix a water feather installed by someone else that was a disaster after just a few years. I loved what they did so much that I wanted to upgrade to a larger feature. This was my second time working with this company. Chris personally came out to my property several times to answer more questions and show me, on site, when I was trying to decide what to do. Connor is a visionary! Creating something that is honestly even better than I imagined. They showed up when they said they would, and worked hard and long days to get my feature put together. They also consistently did "extra" things that made working with them such a joy. For example, one day I came home as they were wrapping up for the day and they were sweeping the driveway! Yes, they were sweeping the driveway!! I've never had a construction/landscape company do that before. One Friday when they were leaving the feature running all weekend to check for water levels, Connor moved my favorite seat back to the spot I usually sit to enjoy the feature. He must have been listening when I told Chris and the crew about it during the beginning "walk through" because we had already moved all the furniture out of the way for the project. I was thrilled to be able to sit there over the weekend and enjoy the feature because of Connor's thoughtfulness. I also mentioned I loved the moss growing on my patio steps and they harvested moss for several places on the large rocks within my feature. I really could go on and on but this review is getting very long. As someone who has had several areas within my home and outside my home remodeled, adding patios, landscape etc, this company/crew is the best group of people I have EVER worked with.
